Welcome to Zahiya Jewellery. By accessing our website or placing an order with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully before using our services.

These Terms & Conditions apply to all users of the website, including browsers, customers, and merchants. Zahiya Jewellery reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice, and continued use of the website constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All products displayed on the website are subject to availability. Prices are listed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and may be changed at any time without prior notice. While we make every effort to display accurate product images, slight variations in color or appearance may occur due to lighting conditions or screen settings.

Once an order is placed, confirmation may be sent via phone call, WhatsApp, or email. Zahiya Jewellery reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock issues, incorrect pricing, or verification concerns.

Payments are accepted through Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Customers are required to pay the full order amount at the time of delivery.

Zahiya Jewellery delivers across Pakistan. A delivery charge of Rs. 149 applies to all orders, while orders above Rs. 1,500 qualify for free delivery. Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days depending on the customer’s location. Delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances are beyond our control.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged or incorrect product. In such cases, the customer must contact us within 24 hours of receiving the order. Products must be unused and returned in their original packaging. All return or exchange requests are subject to inspection and approval by Zahiya Jewellery.

Orders can only be canceled before they are dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information. Zahiya Jewellery will not be held responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect addresses, unreachable contact numbers, or customer unavailability.

All website content including images, text, logos, and designs are the intellectual property of Zahiya Jewellery and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without prior written permission.

Zahiya Jewellery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or products.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any disputes shall be handled under the jurisdiction of Pakistani courts.
