We offer nationwide delivery across Pakistan through trusted courier partners. Orders are processed after confirmation and are usually dispatched within a short period of time.

The standard delivery charge is Rs. 149 on all orders. Zahiya Jewellery offers free delivery on orders with a total value above Rs. 1,500.

Estimated delivery time is between 2 to 5 working days, depending on the customer’s location and courier service operations. Delivery times may vary due to weather conditions, public holidays, or unforeseen courier delays, which are beyond our control.

Customers are required to provide accurate and complete shipping information at the time of placing an order. Zahiya Jewellery is not responsible for delays or non-delivery caused by incorrect addresses, incomplete details, or unavailability of the customer at the time of delivery.

In case a parcel is returned due to customer unavailability or refusal to accept the order, Zahiya Jewellery reserves the right to take appropriate action, including cancellation of the order.
