At Zahiya Jewellery, customer satisfaction is important to us. We take great care in ensuring that every order is packed and delivered with quality checks. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before making a purchase.

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the customer receives a damaged, defective, or incorrect product. In such cases, the customer must contact Zahiya Jewellery within 24 hours of receiving the order by phone, WhatsApp, or email. Requests made after this time period may not be accepted.

To be eligible for a return or exchange, the product must be unused, unworn, and returned in its original packaging with all tags intact. Any item that shows signs of use, damage after delivery, or tampering will not qualify for a return or refund.

Zahiya Jewellery does not offer refunds or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind, dislike of design, size issues, or minor color variations that may occur due to screen or lighting differences.

Once the returned item is received, it will be inspected by our team. If the return request is approved, the customer will be offered either a replacement or a refund, depending on product availability and the nature of the issue.

Refunds, where applicable, will be processed through a suitable method as determined by Zahiya Jewellery. Processing time may vary depending on the case and courier handling.

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part, such as a damaged or incorrect item being delivered.

Zahiya Jewellery reserves the right to approve or decline any return or refund request after reviewing the condition of the product and the circumstances of the claim.
